The student nurses or fresher nursing aide may not train well in order to understand vital signs of a deteriorating patient; this can represent a major complexity within a health care set up. This is because it is the nursing staffs sole responsibility to monitor and look after their patient frequently and understand any vital signs expressed buy the patient. Thus they should convey that message to the other staffs or should report immediately to the doctor in order to take rapid action. Sometimes it is also seen that the fresher nurses feel uncomfortable to ask or clarify their queries from the senior and experienced nursing staffs. In that case, the knowledge gap keeps continuing and the nursing staffs fail to determine the expressed vital deteriorating signs by the patients. GCS score or Glasgow comma scale can be sued as an assessment tool which can be used to identify deterioration of a patient. It is said to be a neurological scare which aims to provide an objective and reliable way of tracing the conscious state of an individual for initial and subsequent assessment (Hamilton, 2006). A client is assessed against the scale criteria and the resulting points put patient score between3-15. Lesser score indicates deep unconsciousness. The elements of scale consists three main observations: eye, verbal and motor response. If the score shows less than 8 or 9, then the patient condition is deteriorating and moderate score shows 9-12 and minor condition is represented by the score more or equal to 13 (Iankova, 2006). This assessment tool is good to select because qualitative questions are not always help to detect a patients condition. It may sometimes happen that the patients is not in a state to answer properly all the questions rather scoring system or a q uantitative tool is always reliable where the healthcare professionals assign scores depends upon the patients verbal, motor and eye responses. (4)Management of difficult situation and main resources to support the patient and her family In caring for critical patients it is sometimes important to perform actions which restrict their movement freedom (Tumeinski, 2005). Commonly this is performed for good care or practical considerations or a necessity. In Sophies case applying hand restraints is considered as a part of good care. But the difficult arise when it is mentioned that the family members are not involved in this decision making. So in this context it is quite justified for the patient party to lodge a complaint against the team leader that they have not consulted prior regarding the use of physical restraint. Therefore to manage this type of difficulty involvement of clinical ethics is of utmost importance (Haut et al., 2010). This resolves ethical complications which takes place in clinical practice and consists two fundamental parts, one: the problem and two: the solution. Physical restrain may affect a patient psychologically, respect for dignity and autonomy but it is the care professionals responsibili ty to appropriately follow the ethical guidelines regarding the application of physical restraints in order to promote the patient wellbeing. Clinical ethics never restrict them to an illustration of clinical state of affairs; they should interpret the clinical actuality in terms of human dignity (Hamers, 2012). Clinical values are weighing up moral values and standards, which serve as principles for medical actions. A Purpose for Everyday Use essays Alice Walkers Everyday Use is a story with great examples of the literary devices. Two of the most prominent literary devices include theme and vivid characters. The characters tie in very closely with the theme. The theme of the story starts to be revealed when Wangero asks for the butter churn top and is most fully developed when she again asks for her mothers quilts. Mama, Dee and Maggie are round characters, but only Mama is dynamic. Dee and Maggie remain static and relatively unchanged throughout the entire story. While Mama is the only dynamic character in the story, it is the unchanging of her daughters that produce her epiphany. Mama is very content with her meager rural life. She is very proper, however, in the fact that she wants to keep her small house in a presentable fashion. When she receives news that her daughter is coming to visit she starts preparing for her arrival. A yard like this...inside the house. (para. 1) Mama is very concerned by how her daughter will react whenever she comes back home. She sometimes dream a dream...tears in her eyes. (para. 4) She yearns to have Dee love her and wants the whole world to know it. When Dee arrives, Mama is startled to find that she is no longer Dee, but another incarnation of her daughter named Wangero. Disregarding for a moment the murkiness of the definitions of "actions" in philosophical literature - two types of answers were hitherto provided. Sentient Beings (referred to, in this essay, as "Humans" or "persons") seem either to limit each other - or to enhance each other's actions. Mutual limitation is, for instance, evident in game theory. It deals with decision outcomes when all the rational "players" are fully aware of both the outcomes of their actions and of what they prefer these outcomes to be. They are also fully informed about the other players: they know that they are rational, too, for instance. This, of course, is a very farfetched idealization. A state of unbounded information is nowhere and never to be found. Still, in most cases, the players settle down to one of the Nash equilibria solutions. Their actions are constrained by the existence of the others. The "Hidden Hand" of Adam Smith (which, among other things, benignly and optimally regulates the market and the price mechanisms) - is also a "mutually limiting" model. Numerous single participants strive to maximize their (economic and financial) outcomes - and end up merely optimizing them. The reason lies in the existence of others within the "market". Again, they are constrained by other people’s motivations, priorities ands, above all, actions. All the consequentialist theories of ethics deal with mutual enhancement. This is especially true of the Utilitarian variety. Acts (whether judged individually or in conformity to a set of rules) are moral, if their outcome increases utility (also known as happiness or pleasure). Still, the principle is simple: for an act to be judged "moral, ethical, virtuous, or good" - it must influence others in a way which will "enhance" and increase their happiness. The flaws in all the above answers are evident and have been explored at length in the literature. The assumptions are dubious (fully informed participants, rationality in decision making and in prioritizing the outcomes, etc.). All the answers are instrumental and quantitative: they strive to offer a moral measuring rod. An "increase" entails the measurement of two states: before and after the act. Moreover, it demands full knowledge of the world and a type of knowledge so intimate, so private - that it is not even sure that the players themselves have conscious access to it.

Is it right for someone to go through your personal belongings? Or is this procedure only for security reasons? What rights do airplane passengers give up by allowing themselves to be checked before boarding? When Someone travels with an airline they must have their baggage checked before boarding the plane. Some people feel that this invades their privacy and that it is not necessary. Why should the airport check my personal belongings? Why cant they just pull up your criminal record or just check your pockets instead of checking everything? Some alternative plans is to take your bags and keep them in a secured part of the plane so there is no risk. And some airlines may even make you pay additional fees for these baggage checks meanwhile they are for your safety. Some airlines like Allegiant charge you $35 for your first bag. (â€Å"Airline baggage fees† 2) And how many people only bring one bag to the airport? Your second bag is $35 , and then any additional bags are â€Å"Subject to additional fees†. And all of this is paid for on top of your flight. Now shouldn’t it be an option to pay for safety? Does the airline even care about your safety or are they just trying to make more money? Collectively, airlines made approximately $3. 4 billion in baggage fees last year (â€Å"Airlines bagging big money† 1). Some people believe that airline just do this to make more revenue. Even though air ports are forced to check your baggage by the FAA (â€Å"Air Carrier Operations Bulletin† No. 1-94-10) people believe that the airline should not charge you extra and that the whole concept of being charged for baggage is stupid. Instead of being charged separately for baggage airlines should just include the price for baggage in the airline ticket. (â€Å"Clayton† 1). Other people seem to think that baggage fees are just a hidden fee that airlines use to try to get more money (â€Å"Most Obnoxious Hidden Airline Fees† 5). These people agree with the theory that one flat rate baggage fee should be included in the airline ticket. And as the Lehigh Valley Newspaper, The Morning Call says, â€Å"The recent measure of baggage checking at airports for bombs is a blatant disregard of a person’s privacy. Why should we stand for this, when our founding fathers fought to prevent things like this from happening? †. Even if our founding fathers did try to prevent this, if this procedure was not done thousands of people every day would be in danger every day in the united states. Other articles regarding this subject state that when someone travels through an airline they loose their second amendment right. When people use an airline service their rights are not taken away but restricted, and for the safety of themselves and others. The second amendment, protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms (weapons). Many people argue that when boarding a plane that weapons such as knives and guns are not allowed to be brought on a plane during flight. Those people are wrong. It is one hundred percent legal to bring a gun or knife on board of a plane, with some rules of coarse. The only rule that there is on these items is,1. It can not be in carry on luggage and it must be securely wrapped to prevent injury. So once again it is one hundred percent legal to bring a weapon with you while flying with an airline service. Also if someone fells that having their baggage checked is taking away their rights that is also not true. The FAA (a government-run organization) enforces these rules and regulations for the airline passengers safety and for no other reason except for the passenger’s safety. Also by having these rules enforced by the government they can not possibly eliminate your rights as an American citizen (although they might restrict them temporarily). And concerning the rule for having baggage checked, it is up to the airlines to charge you for your bags. Some airlines like Jetblue offer your first bag of luggage for free and every extra bag has additional fees. So depending on which airline service the customer uses the cost for baggage check differ so when people complain about baggage fees they should look in to different airlines and see if any airlines offer cheaper fees or no fees at all (â€Å"Airline baggage fees† 5).
